Soon after joining ZOZI, I identified a very real opportunity for the company to become a reseller and enter into ecommerce to compliment their experience-based reservation platform. No one else at the company had experience in this area so it was up to me to build from the ground up.

I identified all initial brand partners and negotiated terms with them while I subsequently hired an internal team to onboard our 3PL and manage the development of this new business vertical. Experiences, Gurus and Gear became the perfect cross-selling opportunity. Gear revenue was in seven figures by the second month after launch.
