When I joined Chrome as Head of Marketing in 2009, they had two retail locations. During my tenure with the brand on the ELT, I helped build a full omnichannel experience and grow to ten flagship stores domestically with two partner stores in Japan.

Each of these spaces featured live manufacturing, custom fabrication and were used as community centers by a variety of local collaborators. I led the development of company-wide brand standards and style guides and oversaw global comms. I also helped to build a network of regional producers who created content related to each region and top performing SKUs.
